Duckworth Opens Senate Constituent Service Office in Rock Island

 

[ROCK ISLAND, IL] — U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) opened a new Senate constituent service office in Rock Island today, located at 1823 2nd Avenue, Suite 2. The Senator’s staff held an open house to launch the new office and give community members an opportunity to meet Senate constituent service representatives who will be working in the area. Duckworth’s Rock Island Office will provide a number of services to Illinoisans that include assistance with Veterans benefits, Social Security, Medicare, small business development and other issues involving federal agencies.

“I’m opening this office in Rock Island because I want the hardworking people of northwest Illinois to know that being accessible and addressing their concerns is a priority of mine,” Senator Duckworth said. “This new office will give more families in the Quad Cities region access to a convenient and welcoming place for assistance with federal agencies and getting help securing the benefits they are entitled to. My staff and I look forward to helping as many constituents as possible and to being a resource for the region.”

Duckworth’s Rock Island Office, which can be can be reached by phone at (309) 606-7060, will help ensure hardworking families across the Quad Cities region can easily and efficiently take advantage of the constituent services offered by the Senator and her staff. Duckworth currently has four offices in Illinois, including Chicago, Springfield, Carbondale and now Rock Island with an additional office opening soon in Belleville.
