This form is for policy or program authorization requests submitted through the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). It is not intended for appropriations requests.

NDAA requests may not be submitted in the form of an “earmark” or as congressionally directed spending, tax benefits, or tariff benefits that would benefit a specific state, locality, or congressional district.

Please complete this form as thoroughly as possible. The deadline to submit requests is Friday, March 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET / 10:59 PM CT. Please note that this deadline is subject to change.
