FY 2027 Programmatic Appropriations

 

Senator Duckworth’s Fiscal Year 2027 Programmatic Appropriations form is now open.

Please fill out the form as completely as possible, only fully completed forms will be considered. The deadline for submissions will be no earlier than Friday, April 17, 2026, at 11:59pm ET

Programmatic appropriations enable Congress to fund National and regional programs or bill and report language requests. These can either be an individual or group request.

Programmatic requests may not be submitted in the form of an "earmark," or Congressionally Directed Spending, tax benefit or tariff benefit that would benefit a specific State, locality or congressional district.

Since the Senate Committee on Appropriations has not yet released updated instructions or guidance for the Fiscal Year 2027 appropriations process, this application guidance is based on the committee instructions from the Fiscal Year 2026 process, which may be accessed here.This link opens in new window or tab.
