$425,000 Duckworth-secured federal funding for National Runaway Safeline Crisis Intervention

Senator Duckworth secured $425,000 in federal funding through a FY24 Congressionally Directed Spending Request for The National Runaway Safeline (NRS). This project will help enable NRS to partner with Chapin Hall, a national leader in youth homelessness research, to conduct an analysis and study of NRS crisis intervention and prevention services data.
