$500,000 Duckworth-secured federal funding for Career Pathway Training

Senator Duckworth secured $500,000 in federal funding through a FY24 Congressionally Directed Spending Request for William Rainey Harper College. This project will help fund the development and implementation of a career pathway program to increase education and training opportunities and improve access for individuals seeking employment in jobs generated from the CHIPS Act to expand microchip manufacturing across the U.S.
